Registration fees above are payable in Japanese yen only<\/strong>. Dollar rates, based on the exchange rate at January 2023, are for your reference only<\/span>. The registration fees in Japanese yen remain the same, and will not be changed with future exchange rate fluctuations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fees include admission to Technical sessions, Tutorials, Welcome reception, Banquet, Refreshments during Breaks, Program book, Abstract booklet, and 4-week access link to Electric Proceedings of the Springer Book Series \u201cMechanism and Machine Science\u201d. For those who would like to participate in tutorials<\/a>, preregistration is required when registering for WC2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accompanying Person\u2019s fee includes Welcome reception, Banquet, and Refreshments during Breaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*   IFToMM World Congress 2023 policy requires that at least one author of a full paper \/ extended abstract is registered for the conference prior to the final full paper \/ extended abstract submission deadline, July 31, 2023.<\/strong> Otherwise, the full paper \/ extended abstract will not be included in the proceedings \/ abstract abooklet<\/span> of IFToMM World Congress 2023. Prior to submitting the final full paper \/ extended abstract<\/strong>, an author must be registered<\/strong> in one of the three categories (Member, Non-member or Student). The registered author is eligible to submit one (1) final full paper \/ extended abstract. If the author wishes to submit more than one full paper \/ extended abstract, additional full paper \/ extended abstract submission fee (JPY26,000) is required for each additional full paper \/ extended abstract.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation of registration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In case of cancellation, a written notification must be sent to the IFToMM World Congress Registration Office <iftomm-wc2023@conferences.jp<\/a>>.
The following cancellation fees will apply, based on the date when the office receives your cancellation notification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uff0aHowever, if you are the author of the papers listed on the proceedings, your registration fee will not be refunded.
\uff0aFailure to obtain the appropriate visa to travel to Japan does not constitute a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
